Atwood is a 1,540-acre lake that is part of the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District with a maximum depth of 41 feet and 28 miles of shoreline. Although the lake has no size restrictions on boats, there is a 25 mile per hour limit in place. Atwood also has a swimming beach with sand volleyball courts and a full concession stand with hot dogs, hamburgers and ice cream!
